The other hinge was broken off due to a fall, thus the sale for parts. The hinge and some screws are included. But some of the, plastic that broke off under the aesthetic strip is gone permanently, I estimate it will take considerable skill and tools to repair. Note that I saw it work AFTER broke.

I have seen the display work within previous year but haven't it since. Dells documentation claims 100% scrub coverage, but I personally doubt that.
