The unit powers up and runs great. For slightly more I can add a nice sized hard drive and ram in it, then all that would be needed is an operating system your good to go. Other then that this unit can be used normally with a operating system reload. This can be a great starter PC for young child learning to use laptop,home or office college student.
The only problem is right side USB ports have an issue with them. The DVD CD burner player works good. This unit is definitely a candidate for rebuild to be used normally. The keyboard is good and clean with no missing keys or damage.
This unit does not come with ram or a hard drive but as you can see I made sure Candy was intact and the screws in small plastic bag are also there. The touch pad works perfectly as does built in buttons by. The battery does hold a charge but can be easily replaced if time is not to your liking from what I have seen it runs for quite some when fully charged. The screen is very bright and crisp with no damage.
It also needs a power adaptor but those are very affordable.
